Located on Highway 17 and adjacent to the Grant County International Airport and Big Bend Community College, this subdivision is populated primarily with homes built in the 1950’s and 1960’s. These homes are mostly one level with small to medium-sized yards. In addition, there are duplexes which are attractive to renters and investors. These homes are convenient to many employers of the Port of Moses Lake and the location is an easy commute to Ephrata.
